Parnil is allrounder , he is both good in studies and sports , My main reason for connecting with spotlight was to prepare parnil for the future to carve out a path which can help us prepare better for future. Now he will be preparing for NDA plus he has joined a football club.

I will recommend spotlight because they don’t sell you an upskill course , they are not scientifically or psychologically counseling you , they are counseling you in a way you talk to someone who has experience in different industries and have a real solution for you. It’s not just one session and result , it’s multiple sessions , constant conversation , helping in finding a job , helping improving your skills , helping you find the correct path for you.

Spotlight has been the key contributor in my career growth. I approached the spotlight when I was stuck and had no idea what I would do after college.
